About the work
This photograph is imbued with the spirit of detachment and philosophical meditation. This lonely man, walking across an endless white field, seems not only physically small compared to the surrounding space, but also somehow ephemeral, dissolving in this snowy sea. His steps seem to leave no traces, as if he is wandering not on the ground, but in his thoughts, in the endless emptiness of his inner world. This is a shot about finding oneself, about a personal path, about the fact that we are always alone in our thoughts.
